Possible to get refunds?

Yes, If we fail to start delivering your likes within 72 hours, FBPostLikes will issue a refund. But if there is an issue from our customer side like, Post is not public, or Link has a disability, We will try to resolve that issue by contacting Customers, if there is any issue from our side like we failed to deliver our likes, surely you're able to get refund by contacting us.

Possible that i can Cancel My Order and Get Refund?

Yes, You can cancel your order if your order not started or not in process, If you didn't start getting likes, you can cancel your order, but if your order is started then we are unable to cancel yor order and refund your money, If your minds changes and you want to cancel your order, you have to be hurry to cancel your order, once order get started we don't cancel or refund your money.
